Worship Services
Worship is the central act of our life together and the Holy Eucharist is the heart of that life. The framework in which each service takes place is called the Liturgy. The liturgy of our church is to be found in the Book of Common Prayer.

Holy Day Services

Children and Worship
Holy Communion is offered to all who are baptized Christians. Children are welcome at all services. Nursery and Childcare (up to age four) are available on the lower level of Sayre Hall from 7:45 AM until after the last service. Parents of young children should know that the Worship Service can be heard in Sayre Hall if they need to leave the Cathedral during a service.

During the 10:30 AM service the Children’s Liturgy of the Word is available for young children in the Chapel of the Good Shepherd. The children return to the Cathedral service at the time of the Peace. The Children’s Liturgy of the Word does not meet every Sunday.

Large print
Large print copies of the liturgy are available on the table at the back of the church. Hearing assists are in the left hand drawer of the table at the back of the church. Nativity Cathedral is handicapped accessible.
